Anna Heche and Anne Lockhart

Anne Celeste Heche, an American actress best known for her work in films and television in a variety of categories. She won numerous accolades, such as an award called the Daytime Emmy Award for her work in television and theater. Anne Celeste Heche (May 25 1969 - August 11, 2022) was an American actor. Her first recognition came in the role of Vicky Hudson, and Marley Love in the soap-opera Another World (from 1987-1991) and she was the recipient of the two Soap Opera Digest Awards. The late 1990s saw her rise to prominence with the roles she played in the crime-drama films Donnie Brasco and Volcano, the film about horror I Know What You Did Yesterday Summer and the political comedy Wag the Dog. Anne Lockhart (born Anne Kathleen Maloney September 6 1953) is an American actress. She is most well-known for her role as Lieutenant Sheba from her role in the Battlestar Galactica television series (1978-1979). Her mother is actor June Lockhart. Her grandfather was actor Gene Lockhart. Lockhart began her acting career in the early years. Her first role came to her when she was just four years old in T is for Tumbleweed. It was nominated for an Academy Award for this short film. Her mother took her to the studio where she learned about how the film industry worked. Lockhart has also been featured in numerous scenes of Lassie. Dora in Jory in 1973 was her debut film. The Sixth Sense starred her as Joan Crawford's Joan Crawford daughter at age 18. It was Joan's last performance on stage. There is widespread belief that Anne rejected the role as Laurie Strode for John Carpenter's Halloween, a film from 1978. Jaime Lee Curtis was given the part. Carpenter tells us that she was in his thoughts to play the character however she decided to decline the offer. Anne cannot recall John Carpenter having contacted her nor offering the role. Perhaps her agent rejected the role away without informing Anne. Glen Larson, who had sent her the very first draft of the script for a role in the tv show Battlestar Galactica from 1978, initially chose her. The character was not strong enough to convince her to take on the part. Glen came up with a completely new character to play for her with Sheba as a stronger role model. The first 25-page script was read to her, and she immediately endorsed it. It lasted for just one season. The show also featured her with Desi Arnaz Jr. Melanie Griffith Robert Carradine, Desi Arnaz (son Desi Arnaz & Lucille ball) in Joyride in 1977. And she costarred with Michael Moriarty as The Dark Tower in 1987.
